Cal Murdock is a founding member of the Capital Striders Running Club
as well as a number of the races in "Striderland".
He also timed and scored many of the areas Road Race & Cross Country meets over the past 25 years
as well as writing a monthly racing newsletter on Iowa running.
He has been a Race Director and advisor to most all the other R.D.s in the area.
