Many thanks to the Clive Running Festival Race Committee, and
the numerous volunteers, for whom without their help this race would not be possible
Clive Running Festival runners can again use their race number
for swimming at the Clive Aquatic Center on race day. The Clive Running Festival
will host the Iowa Senior Olympics 5K/10K events. For more information, see the Senior

DIRECTOR
Join us for the Clive Running Festival, July 22, 2017. As a
former runner in this race, to then later helping out as a volunteer for the event,
I have always enjoyed this local community race. Please consider coming out and participating
with your family on this scenic course that takes you through the neighborhoods of
Clive and the beautiful Clive Greenbelt Trail. With a 5K, 10K, mile run and the Tadpole
Trot there is an event for all members of the family. This popular trail is used
year round by runners, walkers and bicyclists. Proceeds from the race are used for
trail improvements such as the new drinking fountains which were installed from past
races and the annual mainenance on the trail. Your participation in the Clive Running
Festival directly benefits all who love and enjoy the use of this wonderful asset.

This is straight South
of the entrance to Living History Farms.

Starts and finishes at Clive
Aquatics Center. Scenic course with several rolling hills, through Clive neighborhoods
and the Clive Greenbelt trail. Come and see the new bridges on the trail.

Pickup
Packets maybe picked up on Friday,
July 21st, from 4 to 6:30 PM at the Runner Stuff store, 8810 Swanson Blvd, Clive,
IA. Packets will also be available Saturday morning at the race site ( Clive Aquatics
Center ) at 6:30 AM.
